September 29, 2007

Hi everyone. It took me this long to find my blogspot, so I guess I have a little updating to do.

Lets see, what have I done during the month of September????

I have received a stake calling as the Single Adult Representative for the Grand Junction Stake. I guess if you don't participate in certain things the Lord finds a way to get you there! So, as a result, I felt obliged to attend the Single Adult Conference that was held here a few weeks ago. This is soooo out of my comfort zone. Well, I ended up meeting Jim, who I have been writing to on LDS Planet- and we went on a date this week (actually I asked him to go to the symphony with me- which again is way, way out of my comfort zone- and he seemed most happy to do so). He even called me the next day to thank me for the date! I don't know....he sure seems nice....maybe we will just be friends.

I have turned 49.95 again this month.

Gramma has been having heart trouble again, the doctor found a blocked artery and put a stent in it on the 27th. She is doing much better, but is still in the hospital because the artery in her leg just doesn't want to stop bleeding. Think she will come home tomorrow.

Short blog this time. Will learn to do better and fancy it up with pictures, etc. sometime when I get it figured out.

Love you all,
Aunt Linda

What's Aunt Linda Doing

September 6, 2007

I took the day off work today and went with Richie to Telluride where he is applying for a job in Human Resources at the Peaks Resort. Boy is it beautiful in Telluride! At least right now, winter is on the way though, still a beautiful time of year, but the travel is a little more difficult! It will be interesting to see if he will be able to find a place to live in that area that is affordable and not too far to drive.

Anthony and Uncle Richie- two of a kind!

This blogging is very new to me. I will work on it more later and try to get mine to look as good as the ones from you guys.

I love you all,

Aunt Linda
